A proposed range of EU acts on data and digitisation translates a geopolitical position into law, where data use, AI & digitisation benefits are tied to citizen rights and societal effects. A summary.
I get a 500 error on your 'EU Digital Rights and Principles' link. Is that a temporary server error or is the link 'not ideal'?
(The link to 'EU Digital Compass' doesn't have some random number in it)
That error page mentions this:
"The request was rejected because the URL contained a potentially malicious String '%25'"
Your link does have a '%27' (not '%25'), so maybe that's where the issue is at?
Question: Is the consultation only for EU DRaP and not for EU DC?
@FreePietje it seems the page has changed, and a url redirect no longer is working. It's both DC and DRaP in the current text at https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/better-regulation/have-your-say/initiatives/13017-Verklaring-over-digitale-beginselen-de-Europese-aanpak%E2%80%9D-voor-de-digitale-samenleving/public-consultation_en IIRC that text was different before. Will correct my blogpost.
